Lily Gehrke is a Brand Strategist, Journalist and Stylist with the focus on fashion and lifestyle currently based in Ingolstadt.
After studying “Fashion Journalism and Media Communication” at the AMD Hamburg, Lily decided to undertake further Bachelor studies at the University of Wales in the field of “Professional Practice in Creative Industries”. She concluded this programme with a First Class Honors Degree. Followed by one year of professional experience in the Marketing field she then started the MBA programme "Multichannel Trade Management in Textile Business" at the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg (HAW Hamburg) which has been developed in cooperation with Otto (GmbH & Co. KG). She is presently writing her Master thesis with the focus on fashion brands and content marketing.
During her studies Lily has gained very good insight into the lifestyle industry by successfully completing several internships at renowned publishing houses such as Gruner + Jahr, Hubert Burda Media or in the Marketing Department of the Kids Fashion Group and the AUDI AG. Furthermore she continuously worked as a freelance stylist and journalist to keep in touch with the industry.
Her studies have not just allowed her to develop her creative skills but also to deeply know the important economic side of the fashion and lifestyle business. She is therefore able to create innovative concepts for brands without losing the economic perspective out of sight.
